Ambigram: A.Einstein
February 28, 2007
This is an original conceptual piece of ambigram without applying any CG (except for the credit). Not only rotating the figure would read the same, each letter represents a space-time geometry, which has resulted from Einstein’s theory of relativity. Space-time is a mathematical model that has four dimensions, where the first three dimensions are space and the fourth being time. The stroke that exists in the first letter ‘A’ (as well as the last letter ‘N’) represents Einstein-Rosen Bridge. In other words, it is a ‘wormhole’ that connects two points in the universe at different times. This is one of the theoretical possibilities of time traveling.
“Space-time containing wormholes are known to be a valid solution in general relativity.”
Al-gebra On The Loose

London 11th August - A public school teacher was arrested today at Gatwick Airport as he attempted to board a flight while in possession of a ruler, a protractor, a set square, a slide rule, and a calculator.
At a morning press conference, Home Secretary John Reid said he believes the man is a member of the notorious Al-gebra movement. He did not identify the man, who has been charged by the Met Police with carrying weapons of maths instruction. “Al-gebra is a problem for us,” Reid said.
“They desire solutions by means and extremes, and sometimes go off on tangents in a search of absolute values. They use secret code names like ‘x’ and ‘y’ and refer to themselves as ‘unknowns’, but we have determined they belong to a common denominator of the axis of medieval with co-ordinates in every country. As the Greek philanderer Isosceles used to say,
“There are 3 sides to every triangle”.
When asked to comment on the arrest, Prime Minister Tony Blair, speaking from his holiday resort before the planes stopped flying, said,
“If God had wanted us to have better Weapons of Maths Instruction, He would have given us more fingers and toes.”
“I am gratified that our government has given us a sine that it is intent on protracting us from these math-dogs who are willing to disintegrate us with calculus disregard. Murky statisticians love to inflict plane on every sphere of influence,” the Prime Minister said, adding: “Under the circumferences, we must differentiate their root, make our point, and draw the line.”
Prime Minister Tony Blair warned, “These weapons of math instruction have the potential to decimal everything in their math on a scalene never before seen unless we become exponents of a Higher Power and begin to factor-in random facts of vertex.”
Home Secretary John Reid said, “As our Great Leader would say, read my ellipse. Here is one principle he is uncertainty of: though they continue to multiply, their days are numbered as the hypotenuse tightens around their necks.”
LOL.
The Strange Ten
February 23, 2007
I recently got tagged from Fzah.
RULES:
Each player of this game starts off with 10 weird things/habits/little known facts about yourself. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 10 weird habits/things/little known facts as well as state this rule clearly. At the end you need to choose 10 people to be tagged and list their names. No tagbacks.
- I celebrate my birthday twice a year; one in Gregorian and another in Hijrah. One thing I’ve noticed that I’m much older in the latter.
- I am quite spontaneous. I don’t usually plan to do things and I’m that “last-minute guy”. I work best that way =p
- I’m obsessed with numbers. I like to think hard while trying to relate them with all the things that have been happening around me. Whenever I encounter certain numbers, I would sometimes just smile, trying to make the connections in my head. This just happens too often nowadays. 3 is my current obsession.
- I don’t usually compete with people. When playing video games, I tend to give people chances so that they could win over me. I hate to see them going down each time and I just can’t help to symphatize.
- I tend to keep things that I don’t need, thinking that those things could be put into good use at some point in the future. I’m still not sure why I’ve got a plastic of empty bottles here in the cupboard though. I should send them to the recycle bin, shouldn’t I?
- I’m obsessed with rare or rather ‘unique’ items. At the moment, I’m starting a small collections of unique watches. Ever since I bumped into a stall selling such unique wall clocks last week, I’m thinking getting one of those. I have a thing for one-of-a-kind’s.
- I can be really lame at times. It is as if I had this switch in me that if once triggered, my lame ideas would seem endless and sometimes to a point that no one else would get my lame jokes, with the exceptions of the people that I could ‘click’ with =p (LOL inside joke, inside joke).
- I really suck at sarcasms. I lack the ability to detect sarcastic tones and my sarcasms never seem to work with me at all. As a result of my poor sarcastic sense, people are making fun of me lol and I tend to believe of what is supposed to be sarcastic.
- My metabolism rate is super fast! Hence, eating has never been a problem to me and I tend to get hungry too quickly. Oh, when I’m hungry, my stomach could growl pretty loud for very often! LOL
- I have an unconcious ability to imitate people’s laughters after hanging out with them for quite awhile. This is so true. I’m not sure whose laughter I got stuck with right now though.
Now it’s my turn to tag the ten of you’s: Kimy, Emma, Khy, Lilac, Syai, Yasmin, Fina, Xhu, Farah and Xera.
Dear Mom
February 23, 2007
Today is an exceptional day and this is a special post dedicated especially to my dearest beloved mama who is having her 52nd birthday!
May today be a special day for mama. Semoga mama dipanjangkan umur, dimurahkan rezeki dan sentiasa sehat wal’afiat di dalam perlindungan Allah, Amin. Even though I can’t be there with mama on this very special occasion today, I just want mama to know how much you really mean to me. I hope mama don’t be sad knowing that we aren’t be able to celebrate birthday mama like how we used to a few years back. I wish mama knew how much I wanted to be home right now but I guess we all have got to wait. One thing for sure is that I’m going to make mama proud one day.
I just want mama to know that you are the most important person in my life and without you, I won’t be standing here today. You are the kind of mom that would starve just to feed her kids. Having you in my life is more than just a miracle and how proud I am to have you! How mama raised me up with care that has no limits - that really means a lot to me. Everytime I got ill, you’re always there to comfort me and make me feel better. Everytime I get upset, you’re always there to calm me down. You’re always there to give me motivations in order for me to excel in my studies. And you’re always there to support me in whatever I do. You’re always that one person that could make the world a better place. And because of you, I am the person I am today. I just owe mama so much! You’re the best mama in the whole world! How can I ever repay you?
SELAMAT HARI JADI YANG KE-52 UNTUK MAMA YANG TERSAYANG
I love you,
Yours truly,
Anak mama, Aiman.

Liverpool will be playing against Barcelona at Nou Camp later tonight in the first leg of the Champions League first knock-out round. This is something I have been looking forward to. Although the chances of Liverpool winning the away game is rather slim, I still believe that there is a slight opportunity for the team to at least get a tie with the score and cheer up the fans at Anfield. Not that I’m being pessimistic or anything but I’m still hoping for a win tonight though. One thing I’m pretty sure is that it is going to be one hell of a game. I still remember the lively moments when Liverpool won the Champions League title during the finals back in 2005. It was such a miracle to me. What a massive comeback! They were down by three goals against AC Milan by half-time. I would’ve never thought that Liverpool would be able to catch up, considering AC Milan as one of the biggest teams in Europe. I didn’t know what happened. It seemed like I just blinked once when three comeback goals were scored within six minutes! Like I said, that was a miracle. I even made a serious bet before the final started: If Liverpool won, I would accept the scholarship to UK. I guess I am meant to be here after all.
On the eve of Valentine’s Day last week, it felt more like Christmas. We all exchanged gifts. There were ten of us and I remember seeing everyone getting all excited about it. The surprises of finding out what everyone had bought for each other were so intense. The feelings were great. I received a couple of items as well. However, one gift really made me speechless. I really didn’t expect it at all. The moment I opened the black box engraved with red hearts, I immediately saw a green “Carlsberg” logo. At that instance, I knew what was coming. It was the Liverpool away jersey! If only you were there to see how staggered I was. I couldn’t say anything. Well, the surprise wasn’t over yet. I lifted the shirt up to the air in astonishment. Then, they told me to turn the shirt around. So I did. And I gasped the instance I saw ‘it’ and left me breathless for a brief moment there. If only you were there to witness how intense it was, more than words that could ever describe it.
Thank you so much for the jersey, Kimy. I love it! It really really really means a lot to me. This is one of the best presents that I’ve ever received. Just so you know that I’m wearing the jersey at this very moment to show how much this means to me, how special you are to me and as well as my support for my favourite team later on, of course. =p My bestfriend, Xera, went to Barcelona during half-term holiday and she got me a Barcelona ball keychain. Now there’s a conflict LOL. Just kidding hehe. Later then, I need to reserve my seat before the match starts in the rec room.
